How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We help my clients achieve their goals by giving them what they need which is expert advice, full support and always pushing them to excel in all aspects in life. We use my own designed fitness app for training/workouts, diet plans (Macro Count), workout videos, check-in, chat with trainer via app (PTRB Fitness).

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work (but enjoyable), consistency, being realistic plus adding 10 percent and believing in yourself. Goal = Training+Diet+Sleep+Stress (4 Factors).

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people, We are extremely passionate about helping people both physically and mentally along with being a qualified personal trainer.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We like to be in control of our own lives and the freedom to help people the way we feel they needed to be helped. We love responsibility and excel in high pressure situations.

Why should our clients choose you?

We (Fitness Team) helped lots of people who has office job and want to get fit. I approach personal training a bit differently. We believe that getting mentally strong is just as important and physically strong. We are fully qualified in all aspects of fitness and have a real passion to help you. Our work speaks for itself, and we are very proud of what we have achieved.

Absolutely we will be completing online training through my fitness app (PTRB Fitness) which still ensures goal driven results. Also, we prefer to take group of people and train together (spin class, other fitness classes).
